Recommendation to Annapurna Trek !
My wife and I visited Nepal for the first time in September 2019 and booked a 12 day hike of Annapurna Base Camp trek with Beauty Nepal Adventure as recommended by my sister who used the company 2 years prior. Bijay was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and knowledge of the area prior to arrival and gave invaluable advice on what to bring and expect on our hike. On landing at Pokhara airport, Bijay was waiting and took us straight to the hotel which was a nice welcome. We had a wonderful chat and met our guide Basanta and porters Basil and Milan. We asked for friendly and easy going gentlemen and that is exactly what Bijay provided. The service was excellent from start to finish and we were well looked after and catered for plus we had many laughs. Although the hike was tough in places and accommodation very basic in areas, it was the trip of a life time and a wonderful experience, putting the phones and laptops away for one week and tackling nature head on. The rain and leeches just added to the experience. I would highly advise anyone to use the services of Bijay and I look forward to another future trip to Nepal, perhaps a 30day hike on Annapurna circuit. Awesome Trekking Experience – Family of 6
Family of 6 (kids 11,11,10&7) went for our first trek after just mum and dad visited Nepal 2 years ago. Bijay and his crew were awesome. Very flexible working with us to tailor the ABC trek for the family, we also had the flexibility to add in a rest day when needed. Our 7yo got pretty nasty AMS at Annapurna Base Camp and a late afternoon descent in the rain and snow was handled brilliantly. Crew were great with kids, even when the kids got pretty trying during some very slow days. Would recommend Beauty Nepal to anyone, but especially a family considering a trek, just outline your thoughts and concerns to Bijay and he will know what to do!

Unforgettable 3-day trek
We are a family of five and decided to do a 3-day trek to Ghandruk. Bijay Rai and his team made it unforgettable. It is a tough walk for untrained hikers, but thanx to the friendly people that deliver next level service, the pony we hired so the kids could rest on it’s back once in a while, the incredible views, and the good company of everyone in the team, we will never forget this trip.

Unforgettable experience!!
We (family of 5 with 3 children, age 8, 10 and 13) did the Ghandruk loop 3 day hiking with Beauty Nepal Adventure. It was hot and challenging but really worth it! Stunning views, beautiful mountains and villages. The team took really good care of us, they were all so kind and always willing to help. We hiked in the company of a pony so our kids could take turns riding him. They loved it, even though they still hiked a lot. Perfect organisation and great service!
This is now the third time my friend and I chose “Beauty Nepal Adventure” for our trek in Nepal and it was simply amazing! Bijay organised everything very well and even arranged our request for a modification of the tour without any problem.
I appreciate particularly that in this agency the guides and porters are well equipped, which is not the case in every agency in Nepal! Too often porters carry more than 40 kilos in bags that are not even proper backpacks and walk only with flipflops.
Our guide Basanta is well experienced and he took perfect care of us during the entire trek. Doing our trek with him was a lot of fun.
But also during our other treks we were accompanied by a great bunch of people and we always enjoyed doing our trek together with them.
So if you are looking for a safe, well organized and unforgettable trekking experience, this is the agency to choose!

Amazing trek and wonderful service! Highly recommended!!! Manaslu Circuit & Upper Mustang Trek !
Namaste! Me and my friend have done both the Manaslu Circuit and after that the Upper Mustang trek with Bijay from Beauty Nepal as our tour agent. The Manaslu was a great trek and truly lives up to it’s reputation as the new Annapurna Circuit. Bijay had already at first recommended us the Upper Mustang, but since the permit is a little expensive we wanted to begin with the Manaslu. When we came back from Manaslu, we found out we weren’t quite finished and decided to the Upper Mustang after all and boy were we happy we did. It’s like walking on the moon and being in the Garden of Eden at once! Forget about the money and go for the most amazing experience of nature. Bijay is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The guide Govinda (and the porters) was also extremely competent and even in very adverse conditions we felt quite safe in his hands. Thank you Bijay and Govinda! We’ll be back soon!

The perfect agency
This was our third trek with ‘Beauty Nepal Adventure’ and we enjoyed it a lot! This time we did beautiful Mardi Himal Trek.
Bijay organised our trek very well, was responsive to our requests and flexible.
During our treks our guides took great care of us and picked nice accommodations and “restaurants”.
It’s also nice, that Bijay pays attention to the weight the porters are carrying. On the treks you often see porters carrying 40 or more kilos.
Doing a trek with an agency that not only looks after you and your well-being but also takes care of its employees is just great!
So I can just recommend them to anyone who wants to trek in Nepal.

Short and sweet
I called Bijay Rai at short notice to arrange a Poon Hill trek and he really came through, arranging Sagar (a fantastic porter/guide) and collecting the documents needed from our house.
His help at short notice was appreciated.
The trek itself had a lot of steps up/down but the lodges were the best I have seen in Nepal. Sagar always chose somewhere with good food, and was well known by staff to make any arrangement necessary.

Beautiful Annapurna Circuit
My wife and i were recommended by a friend who did the same route with Mr Bijay Rai.
We enjoyed our trip and cannot but to thank
1, Bijay for this well organised trip in planning and flexibility to revise schedule. He called our Guide everyday to check on us to ensure our safety and monitor our progress. This was important especially when the weather was bad and it started to see snow as early as at Dharapani (2000m)
2, Hari – warm reception in Kathmandu and detail introduction and explanation during sightseeing tour to various attractions. He even helped us to bargain when taking Taxi.
3, Sagar – patience guide who is accommodating to our pace and demand. He will take order for our 3 meals and inform us when its ready so we can get more rest.
To summarise, we were well taken care of and will recommend to anyone who is keen to trek in Nepal.

Great experience for family with toddler !

Bijay and his team were fantastic to work with. We booked 3 trips with them while staying in Pokhara, 2 one day trips (World Peace Pagoda and Sarangkot) and then a 4 night/5 day trip to Poon Hill. We had our 2 year old son with us and I am 4 months pregnant. Bijay arranged for us to have a pony which was great to break up the day trips, but I wouldn’t do it again for Poon Hill – the trail is often too steep/rocky to ride comfortably (he suggested as much before the trip… he has good advice, take it! hahaha). The guide and especially the porters were great with our son, and it was really nice for them to carry him while my husband and I hiked together. We loved the lodges that they booked in advance – especially in Gorephani – and while a beach vacation might be more relaxing with a young one, it was really fun to push our limits and see some amazing mountains in a really friendly and lovely country.
Anyway, it was a beautiful experience – Bijay is super responsive and experienced and I would absolutely book with him again on our next trip to Nepal !

Mr Rai helped us organize a Mardi Himal trek (6 nights) for three families. The porters led by Milan were really good with the kids (3 were in backpacks) and were really helpful with organizing food and accommodation for such a large group where there are limited lodges. We really appreciated it. We would happily use Mr Rai and Beauty Nepal again for any treks where guides or porters are needed. When people ask for advice on trekking agencies I direct them to Mr Rai !

My colleague and I went on a 3 night/4 day trek with Beauty Nepal Adventure to Poon hill. Our guide was Kaaze Rai and our porter was Milan Sherpa. They were both extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also had great senses of humor.
Bijay Rai was also quick to respond to all of our questions and helped us organize our trip just a few weeks before departing.
I even forgot my boots on the bus on the way home and they were able to track them down and get them to me.

Trekking with a young family out of Pokhara Nepal !

My family (consisting of my wife and two young children ages 7 and 9) spent three days trekking with Bosanta and Zewan out of Pokhara at the start to the Annapurna Trek. It was great fun and most importantly expertly planned and led by Bossanta. He was very attentive to our safety while on the trail and needs both on the trail and at our tea house stays. He was convivial and gracious and I cant say enough good things about our trek. Going out on the trail with two young children has its challenges but these guides (hired by the owner Bi Jai) were fantastic and really knew the route and helped us when ever we needed something– from helping with our youngest when the trail started to get difficult for him and he needed a little help to making good guide choices like skipping a part of the jungle hike and re-routing us when rain etc would have made that part of the trek too difficult especially for our little guys. I highly recommend you work with Bijay Rai and his company when considering a trek in Nepal particularly if you are bringing kids along.

Great service. If the guys are too fast, You need to tell them to slow down or stop for a photo… and they are pretty fast 😉 we made the ABC in 4 days (one day earlier than scheduled) and came to Mustang 2 days earlier than scheduled. The guide was not making lodge reservations in advance but we never had a real problem to stay overnight anywhere. Took me to local pubs to try home made mo:mo and roxi. Was a hreat experience.

My friend found Beauty Nepal Adventure on the web a few weeks before the trek and we booked a guide and a porter. We negotiated the best routes and Bijay gave us all necessary information. We payed the deposit in advance through Western Union. Unfortunately, my friend got seriously ill the day before our flight to Nepal so I decided to go alone.
In Kathmandu I bought a nepali SIM card and I called Bijay. Everything went perfectly, we arranged a meeting in Pokhara and he took a taxi to pick me up at my hotel to take me to a nice teahouse to meet my guide and his colleagues. We arranged everything, and despite my problem to withdraw mobey from the ATMs I’ve tried, Bijay brought me with a taxi to an ATM that accepted money withdrawals from european accounts, so I could pay the rest of the bill for my guide and porter. Then, we went with my guide to my hotel room and he chcecked all my outfit for having suitable things for the whole trek. They arranged a taxi for the morning to pick me up in the hotel and brought us to Nayapul where our trek started. Bijay was there and took good care abd left the taxi after he was sure that everything was okay.
The guide (Khel) and the porter (Deegom) had good english and knew all the places very well. To be honest, Deegom knew the places as good as the guide (Khel) so sometimes we were wandering around wit Deegom only, while Khel was having his afternoon nap.
We went from Nayapul to ABC, then to Poon Hill and Tatopani. We took a bus from Tatopani to Marpha where we continued our trek through Jomsom (where Khel arranged a flight to Pokhara for our way back) to Muktinath through Jhong. This alternative route was way better than trekking on the road. We visited all temples in Muktinath, even those, which were closed for public (thanks to Deegom). From Muktinath we went to Lubra and then to Jomsom where we took our morning flight back to Pokhara.

Khopra / Mardi Himal Trek March/April 2018
April -19 – 2018
This was my second trip organised by Bijay Rai of Beauty Nepal Adventure and as before I was very happy with the all the arrangements and I would definitely recommend Bijay’s services to anyone planning a trek in the Pokhara area.
Bijay was always quick to respond to emails and supplied all the details I needed. I proposed a route incorporating Mohare Dhanda, Khopra Ridge and Mardi Himal and Bijay helped to confirm timings and made useful suggestions. He arranged a guide, two porters and jeeps.
The guide Bijay arranged, Tara Rai, was excellent. Tara knew the route well, spoke good English and was very knowledgeable. Above all Tara is a really nice person, very friendly and extremely helpful and with a good sense of humour. The porters, Milan (with whom I’ve trekked before) and Asal, were also excellent, always friendly and cheerful.
Due to illness we had to change our plans twice and on both occasions Tara was brilliant at suggesting alternative routes and sorting out alternative accommodation at short notice. He has a useful network of contacts everywhere ensuring good rooms and tasty food wherever we went. When I had to return to hospital in Pokhara, Bijay organised a jeep pickup from the trek and accompanied me to hospital. When we were ready to resume our trek Bijay and Tara met us at our hotel to discuss arrangements and Tara had already prepared two alternative written itineraries to choose from.
Illness meant that things didn’t go to plan on this trip but Bijay and Tara really stepped up and made sure that we had the best possible time. I look forward to my next trip and using Beauty Nepal Adventure again in the future.

For 5 days “Poon Hill” Trek 9-13 October 2017, it was a very great experience for us, Nepal is so beautiful even some day was very tough for my friends who has not often do the exercise. My friend sister’s friend recommended Bijay to us when we did the 13days Annapurna Circuit back in 2015. Bijay was very flexible, he welcomed suggestions and let you decide on your planned itinerary, he guided us and informed us pretty well. Price was reasonable. Our guide Khaji is one my favourite guide so far, very nice also our porter Sudan, we clicked all together… hahaha.

Amazing experience at Annapurna Base Camp as a first time trekker !

Annapurna range has been on my list for over a year. I wrote emails to a few agencies for quotes and Mr. Bijay Rai responded quickly and his plan was specifically tailored to my request and his price seemed the best among the agencies I inquired. In the end, to save time, I flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara and flew back too. The actual trek to ABC took 8 full days and I had a wonderful time even though this was my first time trekking.
I was travelling alone and I lacked experience. But all these were no issues at all with Ansam and Kaji Man, my guide and porter. They were super helpful and made sure I had a sound and safe trip. My guide was particularly careful with me and made sure I drank plenty water, ate properly and rested well. Safety is number one. I reached MBC on 2 May and it was snowing heavily. We had to wait for two nights and one full day before the weather got better. But my guide was right to wait. We had fabulous photos at ABC.
My guide’s and porter best compared to other guides I met on the road. I probably cannot find someone who is more caring than him. I will definitely come back with them for EBC.

“ 21 day Annapurna Circuit ”

As we had never been to Nepal nor trekked before our family were keen to engage a trekking agency we could easily communicate with and trust to organise a wonderful trip for us. From the moment we emailed Bijay Rai at Beauty Nepal Adventure (BNA) we felt we had found the right agency for us, and over the next 8 months of planning Bijay was most helpful in tailoring the trek itinerary to our needs and was proactive in providing advice and equipment/clothing needed.
Whilst we did send a reasonable deposit ahead of time Bijay always advised us when he had received and provided us receipts.
The trek was everything we hoped for and more. Wonderful scenery, hospitable villagers/guest house managers and a sense that we had the mountains to ourselves in December. It was the perfect time to trek, beautiful blue skies and clear views.
A particular highlight was the home stay at Sirung. We would encourage anyone doing this trek to add an extra night to visit this village.
We had a an extremely capable guide in Kaji Rai who spoke excellent English, was keen to provide cultural and scenic insights and ensured we acclimatised well prior to Thorong La Pass. Milan Sherpa and Digam Rai were our porters and they made a great team. They all looked after us extremely well, and nothing was too much trouble.
You may like to investigate whether to pay an all up cost, covering guide, porters, food and accommodation (if you do this you will likely find there will be some additional food & drink charges as well) or consider looking after your accommodation and food/drink separately.
We highly recommend BNA. They made a 3 week trekking desire of ours into a realistic doable activity which we thoroughly enjoyed and will have lifetime memories.

In September 2106 we made a nice walk trek to ” Kophra Danda ”. We had hired a guide and support which have guided us well on our journey. We have 5 children aged 3 to 14 years. So it was quite exciting and the kids would not get altitude sickness. Fortunately, everything went well and Tara and Asal have really helped us very well, Asal wore a large portion of our luggage and ourselves we wore our youngest daughter. They were always willing to help us extra and often contributed or helped our daughter 6 years. We really together had a very nice week and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the fantastic views from Kopra Danda. We highly recommendtion to Beauty Nepal Adventure for trekking in Nepal.

“Great Variant of Annapurna Circuit”
October 6, 2016
Myself and two friends recently completed the Annapurna Circuit from Besisahar to Jomsom with Beauty Nepal. Our guide was Kaji, and my friends each had a porter (Rom and Milan). Rom also does some guiding. We really enjoyed spending time with everyone over the 13 days of our trek. Kaji was very helpful in explaining any questions we had. What was particularly good was that we took a few different stops than the usual route, which resulted in better acclimatization and prep for the pass.
As others have mentioned, Bijay is very responsive and helpful in planning things. He even came to say hello in person when we got to Pokhara. It might be helpful to know that they will request a deposit when booking. The easiest method is to use Western Union. I only mention this because it can be a bit unnerving to send a lot of money to a foreign country in advance. Hopefully this will make it more comfortable for others.
All told, I had no complaints and would gladly recommend to anyone looking to trek in Nepal.

“Beauty Nepal – Highly Recommend”

My son and I have just returned from a 3 week adventure in Nepal. During our time we thoroughly enjoyed a 9 day trek from Dhampus to Tatopani. We were careful to choose a reputable trekking company. Some companies treat their staff much better than others.
Bijay of Beauty Nepal Adventure treats his staff well. Happy staff means a great trip. He organised everything for us from accommodation both before and after our trek to internal flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It actually worked out much cheaper that paying for separate bookings.
The trek was brilliant. Our amazing guide Basanta took great care of us, as did our porter SuSan. The views of the Annapurnas were breathtaking. We could take as many stops as we liked. Sunrises were a joy to behold. I was much slower than my son, so he went ahead with our porter whilst I trekked with Basanta. I never felt any pressure to try and go faster, and I took many photo stops without any hesitation. Once we were settled in our guest house for the day, we all had many a long chat over coffee about growing up in our respective countries. We all took much away from these talks.
Once the trek was completed and it was time for our flight back to Kathmandu, we were notified by Bijay the flight had been cancelled due to weather. Bijay reimbursed us on the spot. This saved us from applying to the airline for a refund. They also organised alternative transport for us. Talking to other travelers afterwards, they advised us their flights were cancelled too but they didn’t get a speedy reimbursement from their trekking company. Thanks Bijay for a never to be forgotten and smoothly run trip. I recommend his company, and that’s always a plus when planning an adventure.

“An astonishing experience at a great price-quality ratio ”
My brother, his girlfriend and I visited Nepal in April 2016. We got to hear about Bijay’s agency quite randomly…and it was one of the best thing that happened to us there. Bijay took time to answer all our queries, was very professional and organized. The price was definitely correct for the great service that you get.
We want to Nar-Phu Valley (also called the Hidden Valley) with an awesome guide: Ripa Rai. He made our trip wonderful and such an unforgettable one. He was very nice, thoughtful, and knows the mountains like no one else I think. It makes it very interesting to listen to him because he enriches you with all these explanations, anecdotes and stories. Besides, he’s quite well-known (since he’s been trekking for many years), which opens up a lot of doors, if you’re interested into visiting local people’s houses.

コースは、

2. Lo-Manthangで3泊して、城壁内や近郊のゴンパを訪問し、
3. 帰路は、Kali Gandaki川の東側の尾根を歩くコースでYara、Tangge、Tetang、Muktinathを経由して6日かけてJomsomに戻るもので、 概ね標高3800mから4200mほどのところを歩きました。乾期ですので、JomsomからLo-Manthangの間はジープに乗ること もできましたが、私達は途中の風物を楽しむために全て歩きました。
トレッキングのアレンジをお願いしたBeauty Nepal AdventureのBijayには、以前にもお世話になったことがあったのですが、今回もしっかりとやってくれ、ムスタンの経験が豊富なガイドを付けて くれました。ガイドのKajiは、自然、文化、歴史などを幅広く勉強していて、見どころではいろいろと説明してくれました。また、村々の中の 路地までよく知っていることには感心しました。ポーター達もそれぞれ個性があり、メンバー一同、22日間の楽しい旅をすることができました。
出発前のポカラで仲間の一人がタクシーの荷台に忘れ物をしてしまいました。Bijayに相談したところ、彼は知り合いのタクシー運転手に片端 から電話をして、さらにその知り合いに聞いてもらうということをして、なんと翌日になって乗ったタクシーの運転手が見つかり、忘れ物が戻って きたのです。正直な運転手にありがとう、とともに、Bijayの顔の広さとポカラの街で信頼されていることを認識しました。

In April 2016, we went Upper Mustang trek.
Upper Mustang is an area of north of Kagbeni and Muktinath and it is the world of Tibetan Buddhism. It’s climate, landforms, geology and flora are quite different from Annapurna region. So visitors may get impressions that Mustang is extremely another world.
Our course was;
1. Walk from Jomsom to Lo-Manthang via Kagbeni, Chele, Syanboche, Dakmar and Tsarang.
2. Stay Lo-Manthang and visit walled city and monasteries around the city,
3. Return from Lo-Manthang to Jomsom on the trail of east side of Kali Gandaki via Yara, Tangge, Tetang and Muktinath. The elevation was around 3800m to 4200m. As it was dry season, we could use jeep from Jomsom to Lo-Manthang but we walked all the way to enjoy landscapes and local things.
We asked the arrangement of the trek to Bijay owner of Beauty Nepal Adventure. He arranged everything properly and assigned experienced guide. Our guide Kajiman Rai had long experience in Mustang. He knew very well about nature, culture and history of Mustang and knew pathway in local villages too. Porters were good and had various personalities. We all had pleasant time throughout the trek.

One of our member had left his baggage in the taxi in Pokhara. I talked to Bijay. He gave telephone calls to many taxi drivers he knew and ask to telephone to friends of friends. To our great surprise, he found the taxi driver at last and the lost baggage came back in the next day. Thanks to honest driver and we reminded that Bijay was well connected and trusted Trekking Agency in Pokhara city.

I must’ve exchange emails with Bijay (the owner of the agency) for almost a hundred times probably, and he always replied my emails with heartfull messages and informations. From managing our bus tickets to Pokhara and everything went smoothly. Despite of being very busy during trek season, he manage to come visit us before and after the trek finished. The trek itself went very well. The guide Aman and the 2 porters Milan and Sam were very nice and funny people. Everyday turned out to be so much fun despite of the exhausting trek because of them. One of our friend were not doing very good during the trek, and Aman and Milan gave her a nice leg massage every time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, not just because of the amazing view of the mountains but also because of the nice people we got to meet.
I would definitely book with them again for my next Nepal adventure.

“ Incredible Experience! This is a MUST do ! ”

My 14 year old daughter and I planned a 5 day trek to Poon Hill and around a small part of the Annapurna Circuit. The first day was amazing as we walked 5000 steps straight up through myriad small beautiful villages. It was hard – really hard, but wonderful. That night, I felt sick due to a combination of something I ate and a bit of altitude sickness. This, combined with the fact that Poon Hill was all clouded up meant we wouldn’t see the beautiful view at the top of Poon Hill at sunrise. So, we decided to change our plan and stay an extra day so we could hike Poon Hill (in hopes of clear skies) the next morning. Our guide (Ahman) and our Porter (Milan) were absolutely amazing, being kind and understanding and patient. They took such good care of us and were flexible in changing our plan. We learned so much from them and were so grateful to have them with us. The next morning was in fact clear and the view was 100% worth the hard climb and cold temps. It was truly amazing and apparently is the best view in Nepal. At the top on a clear day is an almost 360 degree view of the Himalaya Mountain Range. Truly magnificent. (By the way, if you are doing this trek in the winter, bring crampons or yax trax as the steps are really slippery on the way down)
Because we’d taken an extra day and had a flight out of Pokhara, we didn’t have time to do the rest of the circuit, so took the rest of that day and the next day to get back to Pokhara. Ahman and Milan took us out to dinner on our last night just because they are such wonderful people. Bijay picked us up for the airport the next morning. And when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, I called him and asked for his advice since we had a connecting flight out that afternoon. Within 10 minutes, he and his partner were back at the airport working the situation like the experts that they are. Somehow, they got us 2 seats on the only (full) flight that landed that day and as we taxied down the runway, we looked out the window and say Bijay and his partner waiting to be sure we took off and waving. We made our connecting flight home because of Bijay. Period.
If you are going to Poon Hill or doing any trekking in Nepal, you’d be crazy not to call Bijay. From the first to the last of many emails to the wave on the runway, he will take care of everything with a kindness and efficiency rarely found in any one man. And while you’re there, ask for Ahman and Milan – and tell them Liz and Maddie said hello.

Second time doing trekking with BNA. This time I did the Annapurna Circuit trek with my friend. Awesome awesome awesome experience. I tell you, after interacting with other guides, I realised that Kajiman (my guide) is really an exceptional person. He knows so much about Nepal and the world and I’ve had such great conversations with him spanning from geography to history to politics. The man is brilliant and he knows Nepal so well. “Ghorepani – Poon Hill Sunrise – Ghandruk short trek”
My friend and I completed a 4 day, 48 km-long trekking in the Annapurna region with Beauty Nepal Adventure. The guide, Mr. Basanta Rai, was the perfect companion for the trekking. He always took great care of us and by speaking fluent English, he was able to provide us with a great all-around experience. We learnt a lot about the Nepali culture, heritage, religion, philosophy, and society, while trekking through one of the most beautiful regions of the world. This was our first trekking experience, and we enjoyed to the fullest. The trek itself was not really hard, and it was a great choice to begin discovering both the region and the country. Every accommodation provided by Beauty Nepal Adventure fully satisfied our needs and let us get in touch with the locals, which was definitely a plus. The scenery was amazing, the company delightful and we experienced everything we could wish for. “Upper Mustang with Damodar Kunda Trek”

Last October we did the Upper Mustang with Damodar Kunda Trek. We recommend everybody to do this trek, with this company, because it was an amazing experience. Bijay (owner of the company) is really nice and helpful with the planning and answering our questions.
During the trek we had a very nice guide (Kaji) and very friendly porters. Kaji has lots of experience and knows a lot about geography, history and religion and really likes to talk about this.
The Upper Mustang region is a bit expensive (due to the permit) but it is the most amazing area we have visited. There is a very beautiful landscape mixed with Tibetan culture and very friendly people. The trek was planned in 10 days Upper Mustang with 4 days extra to visit the Damodar Kunda lake. The days to Damodar Kunda were really long and we would recommend to do this in 5 or 6 instead of 4.Best of the luck !

We booked a trek with Bijay after a recommendation from a friend and we were not dissapointed! We sat down with him at our hotel in pokhara and he talked us through what to expect and how many days we should plan for. We were in the middle of a 3 month trip and didnt have adequate gear with us but Bijay told us what we needed and where to rent/buy it. He pursuaded us to take an extra day and this was actually a much better decision! The next day we met Nagendra our guide and he seemed very jolly and had excellent English. We had a cup of tea and again briefly went through our trek and a question and answer session with Bijay and Nagendra. We started our trek the following day and it went perfectly. Commenting strictly on our guides performance and excluding weather and bla bla bla. Nagendra was the most competent guide I’ve ever trekked with. He let us move at our own pace, was very encouraging and advised us to rest as required. The ABC trek is not technically demanding but you can still have mild forms of altitude sickness. With Nagendra he made sure we moved at a good pace and my partner and I were fine! Nagendra also allowed us to pick our locations to stop, he would recommend a place to stay and if we said we wanted to continue he would be totally fine with it and keep us trucking. We learnt one night one of the additional advantages of having a guide, we arrived at a small village to find out all the rooms in the whole village were booked! Luckily however Nagendra had the forsight to book us a room earlier and we spent the night in a lovely bed whilst some poor other trekkers had to keep moving. Nagendra was extremely knowledgeable about the area with 10 yrs experience and was a very pleasant and fun person to be around. We played cards, talked philosophy, shared life experience and had a great laugh. We were well looked after and asides from being carried up Nagendra sorted out everything for us! Thank you so much to Beauty Nepal Advanture, Bijay and especially Nagendra for making our trip an unforgettable one. See ya next time for a harder trek!

“ 3 Days family trek in Nepal ”

We inquired with a few trekking companies around Pokhara and from the start Bijay had the most straightforward and comprehensible answers. We only had one week in Nepal and were looking for a short 3 day Trek to do with our 2 kids (2 and 5 years old).
Because of the kids, we probably had more questions/requests than most and Bijay quickly reassured us in every aspect. We ended up doing the trek with one guide, two porters and one pony (with handler). I cannot imagine this Trek having gone any better. We ended up doing around 40km in 3 days – and although full days – with a lot of kid carrying and not shortcuts (to accommodate for the pony) – the distances and stops were perfectly adapted to our speed.
The restaurants we stopped at were clean in good environments with good food – lodging was simple but again clean and perfect for our family. The “crew” had a great attitude, especially towards the children and the pony was a hit!
Thank you to all for having made this one of our best family adventure to date! Fully recommend Beauty Nepal Adventure – especially if you plan on trekking with young kids.

“We chose Beauty Nepal Trekking on the basis of their excellent website and, more importantly, the large number of very positive recommendations from numerous trekkers that have used their services. We were not disappointed with our choice; indeed the organisation of the trek, the care and attention afforded to us both by Mr Bijay, proprietor, and Negendra Rai, guide, was exemplary at all times. From the initial contact at Pokhara airport, checking our equipment prior to departure, and at all times during the trek and return to Pokhara we felt that we were at all times in the hands of caring professional trekking guides.
Of particular note, our guide was at particular pains to report into his Pokhara base that our party was safe and well following the disastrous earthquake that struck Nepal on 26 April, and experienced by us at ABC. Bijay took pains to inform our families that were were safe and well.

“23 Day Trek in Dolpa Region”

Me and a friend were looking to go trekking despite the recent earthquakes. Bijay was extremely helpful in organizing us a great itinerary for us that accomodated what we were looking for. We ended up doing a 23 day trek in the Dolpa region which was an amazing adventure. Bijay picked us up from the airport, set us up in a hotel, and took care of everything about the trek in the first day. We didnt need to worry about anything. Trek itself was challenging but amazing scenery/culture which is exactly what he had asked for. Guide/Porters were great and we all became really close by the end of it. Many thanks to Bijay Rai for organizing our trek and to our guide Kaji Rai and our porter Milan. We were able to make all our arrangements with Bijay via email and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We found him to be thoroughly reliable and he took the trouble to meet us at the airport. In addition to being an experienced mountain guide, Kaji was incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects from geography to botany and from anthropology to history. Chatting to Kaji on trek and in the evenings we learned far more about our surroundings than we would have otherwise. We had planned to trek over Thorong La to Jomsom and fly back. Early in the trek it became clear that the weather was far worse than normal for the time of year and as we progressed we got conflicting reports about conditions ahead. After sitting it out in Manang for a few days we decided that it was too dangerous to cross the pass. By this stage we had grown to trust Kaji’s advice (unlike that of some of the other guides we encountered!). Rather than trek back exactly the same way, Kaji suggested that we take a detour for a homestay visit. It was lovely to get off the busy trekking route and staying with a local family and eating with them in their kitchen turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks to the knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and good humour of Kaji and Milan we had an excellent trek and we would recommend Beauty Nepal Adventures to anyone.

Great thanks to Bijay and our guide Manggal for showing us around in Nepal (Our Porters – Chering and Nemah), we have an amazing time doing the Everest base camp trek with Beauty Nepal Adventure, the services offered to us was simply professional and Awesome..
Under the humble leadership of Manggal, we can say that we were really well taken care of.
We did the trek in early March, expecting noting less from a beautiful spring season but we got more than we bargained for, it was still winter when we got there,it was insane being under-prepared, so to cut the story short, in 14days we have experienced crazy snowfalls up in the mountains, and beautiful blossoming flowers on our way down, great trek, breathtaking for sure.

My girlfriend and I did the ABC trek. We hired Beauty Nepal Adventures to help obtain our trekking permits and guide us along the trek. The service provided was excellent. They were super quick with responses to all questions we sent via email prior to our trip and met us when we landed at the Pokhara airport, permits in hand. They asked us what gear we had and suggested we rent cramp-ons for the trek since there was a lot of snow towards the top. We decided to listen to them and we were extremely glad we did, the cramp-ons were extremely helpful once we reached the snow. Along the trek our guide, Puran, was extremely nice and helpful with all questions we had. Puran also called ahead and assured we had rooms held for us at our destinations each evening, just in case things would have filled up.Overall very helpful, friendly, and professional.

We did the Poon Hill trek in February and have only praise for the owner, Bijay, and the team he provided us with. Nagen was an excellent guide, and spoke great English, and our porter Sudhan was really friendly and helpful. Before our trek Bijay was in regular contact with us, and fulfilled every request I had for the trek. He and the guide met with me a few days before the start so it was great to meet them in person before we headed off. My partner was delayed in his arrival, but Bijay was very accomodating and helpful in adjusting our plans accordingly. I would recommend the agency to anyone and wish them a similarly unique experience.

Found references to Beauty Nepal in a few blogs and emailed prior to leaving Australia.
On arrival in Pokhara met up with Bijay to make the final arrangements for a 10 day ABC trek, he was very helpful and sorted hire equipment and the required permits.
Our porter-guide was called Man and he was brilliant. He was very caring and gentle, we got on with him straight away.
Originally we planned to complete this without a guide but due to injury, plans changed. The injury was probably a blessing as cannot believe we could have got as far alone. We were both sick the first two days and a having a porter-guide made life a lot easier. We will return to Nepal and will use a guide and porter.
Having a guide was great as we did not need to worry about where to stay, the route and weather concerns.
We travelled at a difficult time and did not make it to ABC due to heavy snow and avalanches that were happening all around us. A hurried exit from Deurali with 20 to 30 people proved to be an exciting and tense affair.
I would not hesitate to use Beauty Nepal again as they can be trusted to provide a great service.

“ Beauty Nepal Adventures – Amazing Experience ”

I am so glad that we booked Beauty Nepal Adventures in advance. There are so many trekking companies that I felt overwhelmed and we were going to leave it until we reached Katmandu / Pokhara. So glad we didn’t leave it last minute as it gave us great piece of mind. We decided to do the 11 day Annapurna Sanctuary Trek.
Correspondance with Bijay was great and no trouble transferring money from Australia to Nepal. We paid the remaining money in NR when we arrived at Pokhara. Also Biyay and our guide came to our hotel to ensure that we had the correct equipment as well.
I can highly recommend Bijay and our guide Khajid was amazing!!!! I felt extremely confident with his skills and he was a complete pleasure. Also they took us to the best teahouses and we stuck to the local dishes such as Dhal Bhat and Veg. curry which was delicious !!!!
What I would recommend people to take on the trek is:
medical kit (berrocca, panadol, immodium, lozengers, head torch, ear plugs, gloves, lip balm)
2 pairs of Merino (pants and tops)
Merino socks
Fleece and Down Jacket
Hat / Neck Scarf, Sun hat, Sunglasses, 1 water bottle

I was looking for a good, reputable company to do trekking in Nepal. Since my friends and I decided only at the last minute to travel to Nepal for a break, I checked on the forums here on TA and found this company and thought I’d emailed Bijay to find out the trekking tours he offered. He was very professional and replied immediately and all my queries he patiently answered. Once we confirmed using his company, he kept in touch with me via email until we reached Pokhara airport where he and his staff/ soon to be our guide picked us up. They were very accommodating, polite and nice people. Our guide, Nagen Rai and our porters were awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. I just recovered from an illness just before departing for Nepal and was worried about trekking as I was unfit and low in energy. I informed Nagen and the porters and they were so understanding and told me to take my time to go up. They kept a watchful eyes on all 3 of us during the entire trek/stay. I would recommend Bijay and Nagen to anyone looking to trek. Their sheer simplicity and sincerity were a breathe of fresh air compared to many places I’ve been to.

Mr Bijay Rai and his team of city guides and trekking guides are very experienced, friendly and helpful. They are willing to accommodate our schedule and helped us in every way.
We went to Nepal in Nov 2014 for the first time and Mr Bijay Rai made our experience in Nepal a memorable one. Mangal and Aman are our guides in the city of Kathmandu and a 3 day trek around Pokhara. They are wonderful people and I would highly recommend them.
Our family enjoyed our trip as most of the things are organised by Bijay Rai.

2014年10月下旬に、我々日本から6人のグループはネパールを 訪れ、ティーハウス利用の7日 間のマルディヒマール・トレッキングをした。
Beauty Nepal AdventureのBijayと は、半年前からeメー ルの交換をしながら計画を固めた。彼はこちらからのリクエストに対して適切に対応してくれた。そこで、トレッキングのコーディネートばかりでなく、カトマンズ・ポカラ滞在中のホテルの予約、ポカラへのバス移動、トレッキング終 了後の市内観光まで、ネパール滞在を通して面倒を見てもうことにした。
トレッキングガイドのナーゲンは、カトマンズ到着 からネパールを離れるまで我々と行動を共にしてくれた。彼は控え目ながらしっかりしたプロのガイドで、また様々な面で気を回してくれた。おか げで、我々グループのメンバー全員が何のトラブルもなく、気持ちの良い旅行ができた。次の点が、特に印象に残っている。
– 天気の判断が優れていて、連日雷雨があり雨でずぶ濡れになるパーティーがいる中、我々は 行動中一度も雨に濡れることがなかった。
– 一日の行動を終えてティーハウスでくつろいでいるとき、飲み物やスナックを注文したり、担ぎ上げたギターでネパールの歌と踊りを披露してくれたりと 「おもてなし」の気持ちがうれしかった。
– ガイド、アシスタントガイド、ポーター全員のチームワークがよく、彼ら自身も楽しんでい る様子が伺え、気持ちが良かった。
– トレッキング出発の頃は、丁度ヒ ンドゥーのお祭りティハールに重なり、ポカラやトレッキングの道中で子供達の歌と踊りを見れたのは幸運だった。各”関所”での寄付も楽しんだ。
– トレッキングの最終日に泊ったSidingのティーハウスは、Mardi Kholaの谷の小尾根の上に建っており、谷奥にマチャプチャレを望み、周辺には美 しい棚田に囲まれた村落が望める素晴らしいところだった。村人による歓迎の歌舞も楽しかった。

( Recommendation in English for Beauty Nepal Adventure )
We six Japanese visited Nepal and had 7 days Mardi Himal Trek in late October 2014.
Half year before our trek, we contacted to Mr. Bijay, the head of Beauty Nepal Adventure by e-mail and discussed details of out trip and trek plan. He responded our request properly. So, we decided to ask Beauty Nepal Adventure not only the arrangement of Mardi Himal Trek but also ground transportation from Katmandu to Pokhara, accommodations and city tours in Pokhara and Katmandu city.
Our trek guide Nagen escorted us from arrival at Katmandu to departure from Nepal. He was rather modest but professional and very considerate guide. There was no trouble throughout the trip and we all members had really comfortable time. The followings are some impressions in the trek.
– Our guide showed good weather forecast as a professional guide. Although there were thunderstorms almost everyday and many parties got soaked in rain, we met no rain during walking.
– When we were relaxing in the tea house, he timely offered drinks and snacks to us, showed Nepali songs and dances with a guitar which was carried on his shoulder from Pokhara. His hospitality was our pleasure.
– All guides and porters were in good teamwork and seemed enjoying themselves. It made us pleasant feeling.
– The beginning days of the trek was just festival days named “Tihal”, we enjoyed songs and dances by dressed up children, although we donated some money at each “checkpoint”, those were our pleasure.
– On the last night of trek we stayed Siding. The tea house stood on a small hill in Mardi Khola valley surrounded by terraced paddy field and beautiful villages. There was an impressive view of Machhapuchare in the evening and morning. We enjoyed villager’s songs and dances there too.

“Wunderbare Erlebnisse”
Im Oktober waren wir 3 Wochen in Nepal und davon sind wir 9 Tage �ber Beauti Nepal Adventure wandern gewesen. Organisiert hatten wir alles schon von Deutschland aus und die Abstimmung mit dem Manager Bijay funktionierte super. Als wir in Pokharra ankamen haben wir dann den Rest gekl�rt und Bijay und unser Guide Bhuprenda haben unsere Ausr�stung vorab im Hostel gepr�ft. Am n�chsten Tag ging die Khopra Ridge Tour los und wir starteten in Najapul bei str�menden Regen. Dank unserem sehr guten Guide Bhuprenda und liebenswerten Tr�ger Sudan hatten wir trotz des schlechten Wetters viel Spa�. Am n�chsten Morgen hatten wir strahlend blauen Himmel und ein traumhaftes Bergpanorama in Gundruk.
Tag f�r Tag sind wir zwischen 4 und 6 Stunden gewandert und hatten so gen�gend Zeit uns von den k�rperlichen Anstrengungen zu erholen. In Dobato, auf 3400m sind wir morgens um 5Uhr zum Mulda View (3700m) gelaufen. Dies ist einer der sch�nsten Aussichtspunkte Nepals und wir waren fast allein dort. Die Sonne dort aufgehen zu sehen ist einfach traumhaft und man hat dort einen 360° Blick mit den Bergen Dhaulagiri, Manchpuschare und viele mehr.
Wir k�nnen Beauti Nepal Adenture sehr empfehlen.

” Best Trekking Company in Nepal ” 28-Nov-2014
“We are two retired persons from Finland who wanted to go on a trek in Nepal. Beauty Nepal Adventure offered us the best alternative to do a short trek, 4 night – 5 days. In the beginning of november we went to see the sunrise of Annapurna on Poon Hill and the end stop was in Ghandruk.
During the ordering process Mr Bijay Rai was active and answered our emails very fast. We got all the information we needed beforehand.
Our guide and porter were friendly and professional and we could rely on them all the way during the trek. Our trek went very well uphill. During the downhill the mrs had some problems with her knee and the descent was very slow. The guide and porter were patient and helpful and we got safely down.
Beauty Nepal Adventure provided us with sleeping bags and gave us good information of the needed equipment. The Tea Lodges were all good and the food along the trek was excellent.
The trek was a great experience which we enjoyed very much in spite of the knee problem.
We can recommend Beuaty Nepal Adventure for anybody who wants to do a trek in Nepal. It is a reliable company who takes good care of its customers.”

“Great Experience with Beauty Nepal Adventure”

I did a 10 day trek including Poonhill Sunrise and the Annapurna Bace Camp with this company. I had a great epxerience especially because of the very professional attitude of this comapny. Beauty Nepal Adventures and Director Bijay are very helpful in organizing your trek fitted to your personal wishes. I arranged the whole trekking last minute while is was in Pokhara so they’re very flexible. They can also help you with all the gear necessary for your trek. I can also really recommend Nagen Rai as a guide. He’s a very nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the Annapurna Region.I highly recommendation this compnay for any trekkers.

“Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Beauty Nepal Adventure”
Hi Everybody,
when we decided to go trekking in Nepal with my friend, first I googled Nepalese trekking agencies and I found many recommendations of company named Beauty Nepal Adventure and decided to contact their founder, Mr. Bijay Rai, many months before our trek. We sent many emails with Bijay concerning the ABC trek. Bijay always answered quickly and kindly. Many questions were answered a long time before we finally came to Pokhara, Nepal in October 2014. Bijay and our guide Kajiman Rai came to meet us when we arrived to Pokhara and we went through all our gear with them. Some stuff we rent in Pokhara with Kaji. During our 10-day-trek to ABC / Annapurna Base Camp we felt very secure with Kaji and our porter Mani. They not only showed us the way to ABC and carried our gear there and back, but taught us many things of Nepalese history and culture. Days were very well planned, with great accommodation (tea houses/lodges) and food. Due to reasonable ascending pace, we didn´t suffer from AMS (Accute Mountain Sickness). In our case, everything went well but in case that something unattended had happened during the trek, I had total trust that these guys had known exactly what to do. High appreciation and thanks to Beauty Nepal Adventure; Bijay, Kaji and Mani for making our trek to ABC totally unforgettable.

It would be insane to come to Nepal without taking most out of the mountains so tomorrow our expedition will start with a 10-day-climb to Annapurna Base Camp (altitude 4130m). Trek is arranged just for me and Auli by a local trekking company Beauty Nepal Advanture . We will have our own guide, who we have already met two times and our own porter. We met the owner and founder of the company, Mr. Bijay Rai, already during the first day in Pokhara and with him went through all our gear to ensure they are capable to be taken to ABC. With our guide, we rent some stuff today like down jackets and rain poncho as well as hiking poles. Our trust to this company is 100% at the moment.
